Andrew Tavakoli is the CEO of Tavaco Properties LLC, a commercial Real Estate investment company. Over the past 28 years, he has invested primarily in retail, office, and apartment projects nationwide. Mr. Tavakoli has extensive experience acquiring REO and non-performing loans directly from Financial institutions including banks and special servicers. He has also acquired and led a number of operating companies successfully monetizing an exit.

Andrew earned a MSBA in finance from USC in 1986, a MBA in marketing from CSULB in 1983, and BSEE degree in computer systems from University Pittsburgh in 1981.

Andrew is affiliated with a number of civic and charitable organizations including the Board of Directors.
